Airports
BOTA Taxis drivers will monitor flights arrival time prior to entering the terminal building.
Once the flight has arrived, the driver will be waiting at the arrivals exit door with the name of the passenger written on a white board. Parking and waiting time will be 30 minutes free, £20 per hour thereafter.
All other collections
Once the driver has arrived at the pick up destination on time, 15 minutes will be free of charge. There after a £20 per hour will apply.
Cancellation Policy
- Airport: Customer will not be charged if the booking is cancelled 4 hours in advance. 50% of the fare price will be charged if it is no show or cancelled in less than 6 hours of the service.
- England: Pick up from other Cities 3 hour cancellation notice is required otherwise minimum fare price will be chargeable.
- Oxford: Transfers to airports require 1 hours cancellation notice.
Lost items: BOTA taxis does not accept liability for any items lost in transit. Although we will help to ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle, the client is fully responsible for their own personal belongings.
If any items are left in the vehicle, 100% fare price will be charged for the safe return.
